Over time these mobile-tented safaris have evolved to take many different forms from the humble do it yourself budget trip to the extremely luxurious “Hemingway” type safari. Our trips fall somewhere between the two and can be classified as very comfortable yet very affordable safaris. We are extremely flexible and will try to accommodate your every need though sensitivity to the beautiful and wild environment in which we operate and the diverse wildlife that shares it with us remain paramount in the safari experience we provide.

Luxury Tented Accomodation - Okavango Delta
For the adventurous traveler who still likes the small comforts of private en-suite bathroom facilities, proper beds, large walk in Safari tents, fine cuisine and a daily laundry service, our "Luxury Tented" safaris are the perfect combination. We will take you on a wonderful journey to a forgotten world with expert guiding, fantastic game viewing and a large dose of the spirit of adventure but with this option, you can do it the luxurious way.
A Luxury Mobile Experience:

Luxury Accomodation - Okavango Delta
You will be met at Maun airport and transferred to your lodge accommodation for your first night. The following morning, we connect to a light aircraft transfer to the Moremi Game Reserve, Khwai River and take a slow "game drive" to our exclusive private camp at “Sable Alley“. Lunch is followed by the chance to relax, take in the environment or take a siesta and a shower before meeting for afternoon tea. Our experienced guides will then lead you on a game drive along the beautiful Khwai River which offers sensational viewing with high concentrations of wildlife.

Luxury En-suite bathrooms - Okavango Delta
Sunset, along with sundowners are usually enjoyed alongside the river and after dark we return to camp for a three course dinner and bush stories around the fire. The following day, we spend a full day exploring the bush on game drive. Departing after a full breakfast, we take our comfortable 4x4 vehicles and drive through the wilderness area of the Moremi Game Reserve region, spotting a variety of game that frequent this region. At midday, we stop for a picnic lunch under the shade of a large tree and our guides will talk you through the unique ecology of the area and the ancient origins and evolution of the Okavango Delta. Late in the afternoon we stop for sundowners and then return to camp for a hot shower and a delicious dinner.
Luxury Mobile Tented Destinations:

Day Water Lily - Okavango Delta
Our luxury mobile safaris can be set up anywhere in the north of Botswana. The popular destinations include the Okavango Delta and Moremi Game Reserve, Chobe National Park including Chobe River and Savuti Marsh, Nxai Pan National Park, the Boteti River and the Central Kalahari Game Reserve.
The various itineraries run over a 10 day period and usually consist of three nights in our luxury tented camp, two nights in a luxury lodge, three nights in our luxury tented camp at a second destination and finish with two nights at the Victoria Falls.
*A recommended itinerary would be three nights Moremi Game Reserve, two nights Shindi Camp, three nights Savuti Marsh, two nights Victoria Falls.
*Please note that the cost of each safari includes all game activities, meals, beverages and light aircraft transfers between camps.
